Elabora/Confcooperative

Elabora soc. Coop. is the technical adviser organisation of Confcooperative, the main Italian association of cooperatives. The integrated approach provides an offer of services that accompany the clients at any stage of the business through the initiation, development and growth. The network of relationships and responsibilities of society, reinforced by the attendance of members, provides ongoing support and dedicated companies able to support them in full enhancement of internal resources and identifying the best opportunities present on the market.
The Federation of Confcooperative that deals Rescoops is Federconsumo. The data of the electric cooperatives, for the most recent economic survey, are very respectable:

- 155 million equity
In the specific field of RES project, Elabora provides for studies and research in the field of renewable energies as well as in the filed of innovative best practices of cooperatives. Thanks to Elabora technical assistance, Confcooperative (which associates also electrical cooperatives) can offer to its members advices on energy efficiency and networking and this project will be the main part of their work programme in this field.

Vincenzo Marino
Brief biography: He graduated in economics from the University Federico II of Naples - Italy. Subsequently held numerous management and leadership experience in business and territorial development projects and land on behalf of public and private (Municipal Administrations, Presidency of the Italian Council, Sviluppo Italia SpA, IG SpA, business consortia) and administration of companies counseling. It holds a PhD in Economic and Political Development and Professor of Economics of urban development at the University of Naples - Italy. He was Professor of Economics at the University of Cassino - Italy. He has held professorships in entrepreneurship and leadership at national and international institutions (Iacocca Institute - Lehigh University - Bethlehem, PA – U.S.A.; ISTAO – Ancona; LUISS – Rome; Foundation FIELD – Catanzaro - Italy). He is Director of Elabora since 2006.

Pierpaolo Prandi
Brief biography: Pierpaolo Prandi, economist. In ELABORA he serves as Head of Studies and Research. He analyzes issues of important economic and social consequences to improve tomorrow’s economic decisions. He has conducted research in cooperative matters and social economy law. He has developed expertise in quantitative and qualitative research in social and economic matters. He has coordinated investigations micro and macroeconomic, structural analysis and economic surveys. He has experience in the auditing and management consulting.

Danilo D’Elia
Brief biography: Danilo d'Elia, a degree in Management Engineering from the University of Naples Federico II, specializes in business consulting, specifically focusing on internal reorganization, (re-engineering processes, write procedures and enhancement of human capital) and systems management control (budgeting & reporting, cost accounting, company valuation and value creation). He then engages in management consulting, supporting the management in running the business, mainly in the construction of commercial development plans.
