Event
October 27, 2025 - Online
There is a rich history of local communities co-developing and co-owning renewable energy projects together with industry actors, particularly in North-West Europe. At the same time, across different European countries, another trend is emerging: the broader concept of ‘benefit sharing’, which includes a variety of ways that renewable developers can give back to the local community.
This webinar, organised by the Public Financing Working Group of REScoop.eu, aims to explore the benefits and risks arising from collaborations between local communities and industrial renewables companies.
