REScoop.eu is seeking a service provider to develop and deploy an AI-driven conversational interface for the Energy Community Platform. The goal is to lower the barrier to entry for citizens and stakeholders by providing an intuitive way to navigate complex technical, legal, and social information regarding energy communities. The agent’s knowledge base will be material developed by the REScoop.eu team.

The timeline for tenders is as follows:

  • 15 April 2026: Opening of the call for tender
  • [UPDATED] 22 May 2026: Deadline for reception of bids
  • [UPDATED] 27 May 2026: Selection of the winning bid
  • 1 June 2026: Offer accepted/signature of the contract and start of the service
