REScoop.eu welcomes two new members and three supporters
REScoop.eu is delighted to welcome two new members and three supporters to its network! By growing our network, we can further amplify the voices of citizens and their communities in the energy sector. Meet our new members - The Mobility Factory (Belgium) and Community Energy Pathways (United Kingdom) - and our new supporters - Latvian Rural Forum (Latvia), Codema (Ireland) and Orklys (Denmark).
The Mobility Factory
The Mobility Factory is a European second level cooperative formed by 18 cooperatives that offer sustainable mobility services to their local communities. It enables its members to share overhead costs, including the development, design, and maintenance of an online platform to facilitate electric car sharing services. Its members cooperatively own the platform, and its intellectual property can never be sold.
The Mobility Factory was founded in 2018 by eight cooperatives that met through REScoop.eu's mobility working group. REScoop.eu membership gives access to The Mobility Factory’s services, including the online platform.
