This briefing takes stock of the highlights from the analysis of the REPowerEU chapters of 23 Member States. From accelerated permitting, to one stop shops and legislative changes, many countries have used the revision of their National Recovery and Resilience Plans to promote important reforms and investments for energy communities.

As we shift gear into implementation, the briefing concludes with policy proposals on how public funds could be best utilised to keep promoting the community energy transition in Europe.
