Overall assessment

The Slovenian REPowerEU chapter does not mention support for energy communities. The following measures could however be indirectly beneficial to energy communities.

• Reform A is predicted to remove barriers for PV installations, including on rooftops.
• Investment C is slated to enhance the electricity grid, through upgrades and digitalisation.

No investments to fossil fuels are foreseen in the revised Plan.
